Elizabeth Deasy, Secretary
Retired in May 2018, after working for many years in general management in the NHS. Elizabeth has lived in the Avenues for 30 years and seen the town of Exmouth and the Avenues develop.

Jenny Latham, Treasurer
Meet Jenny Latham, she has called The Avenues home since 2018. With a love for water sports, Jenny can often be found embracing the thrill of the sea & estuary.
Jenny possesses curiosity about the local community and the obstacles it encounters. Eager to contribute, she aims to lend her understanding of finance to the TARA committee.

Dymphna Kennedy, Membership Secretary
Dymphna has always wanted to live by the sea and just by chance she came across Exmouth, on a cold November’s day! Fell inlove with the place, still loving it! I feel so fortunate to live here in the Avenues and love helping this amazing place.
Also a volunteer with Girlguiding UK for 25 years. She loves reading, photography and has three cats!

Chris Sunman, Vice Chair
My wife and I moved to Exmouth in the early 2020s . It had always been our plan to retire to the coast and we spent many minibreaks over several years in a hunt for the right area to focus our search for a next home on. We learnt of TARA during our purchase and on completion joined up. Trying to keep the avenues “as good as they can be” in this age of councils cutting back on everything is worth the modest membership fee.

Lynn Prince Cooke, Tidy Avenues
Having lived on several continents across my career in economic development and academe, I decided to retire on the gorgeous Jurassic Coast and moved here in 2021. The Avenues is a special part of that and I hope to build the community effort to keep it special. “
I am a fiend for aerobics, walking, and cooking.
