Gas Works
Wales & West Utilities will be upgrading gas mains and service pipes near our area:
– Salterton Road (Avondale Road to Magnolia Avenue): closed from 29th September for around six weeks.
– Magnolia Avenue (junction Salterton Road to Service Road): closed from 3rd November for around two weeks.
– Littleham Road: parking restrictions will apply.
– Diversions: in place for local traffic, buses, and HGVs.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Foul Odours
There are ongoing concerns regarding South West Water’s works in our area. If you notice foul odours, please report them immediately either online: https://www.southwestwater.co.uk/household/help-support/report-a-problem/pollutions/report-a-pollution or by phone: 0344 346 2020.
Neighbourhood Links
TARA will now exchange minutes with the Littleham Matters group to explore cooperation on community initiatives.
Committee & Chairmanship
Simon Davidson has restated his wish to step down as Chair, but has kindly agreed to remain in post for a limited period after the AGM to ensure continuity.
We also need new committee members to help TARA continue functioning effectively – even small contributions of time are very welcome.
